  • You are proactive: Some business owners think that nothing bad will ever happen to their company. For this reason, they never even think about hiring an IT Manager. They also never think about needing the assistance of a third party. Then there are those who are proactive, always taking steps to ensure that nothing bad happens from an IT point of view. If you’re proactive on your own, you may not need an IT professional on staff.

It goes without saying that there are many things an IT Manager can do for a small or medium sized business. This is why you should at least consider bringing one of these professionals into your company.
